Path Within Meditation Group
We are a group of South Shore meditation enthusiasts, from beginner to intermediate, led by a local meditation teacher.
We come together monthly to discuss meditation in the news, how our personal practices are going and get suggestions from others.
We also gain instruction on a different meditation technique each month (such as mindfulness, mantra, visualization, pranayama, etc.) and then practice it together.
Come join us for talk, togetherness and meditation practice and leave feeling inspired & invigorated!
Meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month from 7-8:30pm.
*This is a loving public service, payable by donation. All are welcome!

Women's Full Moon Gathering
Come join together with us monthly as we gather under the full moon to honour our connection to the divine Goddess, to nature and to each other. Let us learn together of our inner power, our innate sensitivity and ability to be the creatrices of our own reality.

- Gather in Circle
- Invite the Elements (Earth, Air, Fire & Water)
- Discuss the Moon of that Season
- Speak of our challenges and triumphs as women
- Explore the myths of ancient Goddesses
- Follow a guided meditation on a chosen feminine attribute
- Drum, sing or dance in honour of the sacred feminine
- Break bread together
- Laugh, sing, tell stories, etc…
- Release Elements and Share a sisterly parting (until next meeting)
